    Helping Henry provides phone-based technical support services for individuals seeking assistance with technology-related issues. Our service is available 24/7 at the rate of $0.37 per minute.

    3. Service Scope and Limitations

    Helping Henry provides best-effort guidance and suggestions for technical issues. We do not guarantee:

    • Resolution of all technical problems
    • Compatibility with all devices, software, or technical configurations
    • Prevention of data loss during support sessions
    • Continuous availability of the service

    Users acknowledge that following any technical advice is done at their own risk. We strongly recommend backing up all data before implementing any suggested solutions.

    4. User Responsibilities

    • Provide accurate information when using our services
    • Use the service for legitimate technical support purposes only
    • Pay for services rendered at the advertised rate
    • Back up all data before implementing any suggested solutions
    • Maintain control over their own devices and accounts
    • Not engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior during support calls

    5. Billing and Payment

    Charges are incurred at $0.37 per minute of service use. Billing begins when the call connects and ends when the call is terminated. Users are responsible for all charges incurred, including partial minutes and any applicable taxes or fees. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with notice. Charges appear on your phone bill or are processed through your provided payment method. No refunds will be issued except where required by law.

    6. Service Limitations

    While we strive to provide excellent support, we cannot guarantee resolution of all technical issues. Our service is limited to remote phone-based support, and we cannot provide on-site assistance or physical repairs.

    7. Privacy and Data

    We respect your privacy and handle all information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Call recordings may be maintained for quality assurance and training purposes.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helping Henry, its operators, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

    Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service session giving rise to such claim.

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Helping Henry and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

    These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Palm Beach County, Florida.
